In 2016, Malcolm Morgan, one of Morgan-Keefe's founders, received a letter that stopped us in our tracks. It was from a previous homeowner of the very first custom home by Morgan-Keefe, built in 1980. He purchased the home after its construction in 1982 and wrote this letter decades later, simply to say thank you. Sharing what the house meant for him and his family.
