The Preserve
at Little Pine
The Preserve at Little Pine is a gated conservation
community that encompasses nearly 1,800 acres of old
growth forest, high mountain meadows, roaring streams,
and miles of nature trails winding through the scenic
Blue Ridge Mountains. Approximately 80 percent of the
Preserve has been conserved to protect the natural
beauty of this unique mountain community.
The Preserve at Little Pine offers a host of amenities
to maximize residents’ enjoyment of this beautiful
mountain setting including a fully staffed equestrian
center with miles of riding trails, a mountaintop community
lodge, a state-of-the-art observatory, organic and
sustainable community gardens, a wildlife environmental
education center, and a campground, pavilion and trout
pond. The Preserve at Little Pine is also an active
supporter of green building and renewable energy technologies.
Located in Marshall, North Carolina, The Preserve
at Little Pine is only 35 minutes from the rich cultural
offerings of Asheville and only 20 minutes from the
celebrated mineral waters at Hot Springs Resort.
