Broad Crossing
French Broad Crossing is a private mountain community
that highlights the best that Western North Carolina
has to offer. With almost 2 miles of river frontage
on the spectacular French Broad River, residents enjoy

Hollow Conservation Area, 230 acres of protected mountain
forest with a network of hiking trails that feature
rocky creeks and waterfalls. The community’s
River Lodge provides a beautiful view of the river’s
rapids as well as state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor
fitness facilities and gathering areas.
French Broad Crossing is located near Marshall, North
Carolina, a charming mountain town with a growing arts
community. Asheville is only 30 minutes away and offers
some of the Southeast’s best restaurants, art
galleries, live performances and eclectic shopping
