Joel Fahnley
Project Manager |
Joel’s
broad-based construction experience gives him
a unique understanding of how luxury homes are
constructed from the first architectural renderings
through project engineering to hands-on construction
and master-crafted finish work. Joel enjoys working
with homeowners to refine their custom home vision
and then assembling a highly qualified team of
craftsmen to artfully bring this vision to life.
As the son of a custom-home builder, Joel has
spent more than 25 years in the construction
industry. He holds a degree in Architectural
Engineering and has worked as a tradesman, designer,
estimator, facilities engineer and custom-home
builder. Joel joined the Morgan-Keefe team in
2009 after relocating his family to the mountains
of Western North Carolina.
