Project Manager |
Jim
has a thorough understanding of how a house is
put together—from initial site work to
final completion and occupancy by the owner.
Jim enjoys the challenges presented by each step
of the construction process and excels in developing
close working relationships with clients, architects,
interior designers, and subcontractors. His emphasis
on teamwork ensures jobs are completed on time
and within budget constraints.
Jim brings more than 15 years
of construction management skills to MKB and
has been with the company for over 11 years.
He started in the con-struction industry as an
assistant carpenter. This early experience gave
Jim an intimate understanding of how houses are
built from the ground up. |
