Bill is a seasoned project manager who delights in building homes as exquisite as their mountain landscapes. His exacting standards, professionalism and clear communication style ensure clients remain satisfied throughout the building process. A creative manager, he anticipates and minimizes problems before they arise and capitalizes on unexpected opportunities.
Bill has more than 20 years’ experience in construction management and custom-home building. As a general contractor, he managed all aspects of the construction process from sales and plan development to estimating and site supervision. He holds a degree in business administration with an emphasis on real estate and urban development. Bill joined MKB in 2007 when he relocated to Western North Carolina.
